Bernard founded B Levett & Company in 2002 after years of cultivating his talent. With more than 20 years in the Construction Industry spanning various roles of project engineering, architecture, project management, program management, and as a general contractor, he brings a well rounded perspective to B. Levett & Company. His executive leadership has proven vital to his success and the success he’s shared in partnership with his clients.

Upon receiving a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Tuskegee University, Bernard gained valuable experiences working at R.L. Brown & Associates as well at the Sizemore Group. In 2001, He broadened his experience by working for Princewill Properties as a Senior Project Manager. His tenure proved to be a pivotal time. One year later, he founded his construction company with a focus on commercial and residential development. Today, B. Levett & Company is recognized as a reputable builder in metro Atlanta. With various projects ranging from residential to municipal projects, Bernard has built a reputable company delivering the best client focused service.

Bernard also focuses his time on community investment. A few of his affiliations include Board Member of New Life Community Ministries, Mentor of Gwinnett County Schools Mentoring Program, Member 100 Black Men of America – Dekalb Chapter, Board Member of House of Love for the Family Foundation, Graduate of Leadership Rockdale Class of ’17, Member of Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, Member of Dekalb County Chamber of Commerce, 2 nd Vice President of Dekalb County Tuskegee Alumni Club, and Mentor of Young Men of Mathis Mentoring Program of Bob Mathis Elementary School.
